A HOUSE OF PRAYER
SENDING DISCIPLES OF JESUS
TO THE NATIONS
RESOURCES

Sending House is a vision and generosity initiative to see wanderers on the road of life meet Jesus through our church, become formed into followers of Jesus, and to be sent as missionaries locally, regionally, and globally. Pointing towards our core value as a missional church, we are committed to the completion of the Great Commission. To become the Sending House we want to be, we will prepare the way for our church to grow and be trained as disciples who are ready to multiply. During this 18-month journey, we invite you to give generously, cheerfully, and sacrificially. Our primary objective is to retire facility debt so we can redirect funds from interest and mortgage payments to mission work. We also want to see each connected person be discipled for ministry and to successfully invite at least one person to join us.
The title "Sending House" comes from 2 Scriptures working together. First, we want to become the house Jesus describes in Mark 11:17: "My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations."
Secondly, as we worship in unity, we want to become a place from which people are sent into God's mission as seen in Acts 13:2-3. "While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, 'Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.' Then after fasting and praying they laid ,heir hands on them and sent them off." -
Travelers Church was planted in June 2022, and Vintage church was planted in January 2020. Our two churches came together in a merger in November 2023. Vintage Church purchased and renovated our existing facility, resulting in $2,300,000 of debt. Over the next several years, most payments were interest only, and the debt was reduced to $2,250,000 at the time of the merger. Since then, we have seen God move in extraordinary ways. He has done far more through us together than He ever did in our previously separate ministries. As of September 2025, we have already reduced our existing debt to $2,080,000. Over 25% of our average Sunday attendance of 240 has been saved by Jesus through this ministry since the merger.
As we continue to make room for one more wanderer at a time, we feel the Lord's momentum and are filled with gratitude for the stewardship of God's facility in our great city as He works to reach many more through this space. Many have said that it is less motivating to participate in a vision to reduce debt than it is to build a building, but we feel so grateful that we can reduce debt while already having the opportunity to enjoy the fruit of our current facility. -
1 / $1,000,000+ given
2 / Every member is discipled
3 / Every person invites one more into the movementOur goal is to raise $1,000,000 by our completion date of Easter Sunday, March 28, 2027. This will reduce our total debt to less than half of where we started. Once the debt is fully retired, this will redirect an additional $120,000 to missions annually and allow us to become an exponentially generous church. As we become a more healthy church of disciples who make disciples, we will be increasingly ready to continually multiply.

Our facility will accommodate us to reach up to 800 in weekly attendance. Our goal is to grow into a church averaging between 500-800 in weekly attendance with the ability to send people to plant churches every year until the Great Commission is completed.

The best place to start is prayer. God has entrusted each of us with resources to steward, but we understand that all things are His. Ask the Lord how He can help you increase in your current level of giving so that each of us can be a part of building His Kingdom together.
As He directs you:
1 / Commit a pledge so our leadership team can most wisely guide us in unity
2 / Step into a discipleship relationship
3 / INVITE OTHERS TO JOIN YOU
